From the new curriculum orientation guide, something that was new to me were the core competencies (Thinking/Communication/Personal and Social). I like how with these core competencies
the new curriculum is focusing more on ensuring students have the skills to engage in deeply understanding something, while teaching and encouraging skills which are necessary both in and out of the classroom. Another thing that was new to me from the new curriculum orientation guide was the addition of a greater focus on Ecology and the Environment. With this adaption to the curriculum, students will be ensured to have a better representation of environmental learning, and given the current state of the earth it is imperative we put a large focus on environmental learning.

Good insights here, and your chart is great! It is possible to go from the Workplace/ Apprenticeship stream to Foundations 10 at any point, but it takes extra time, and there aren't that many students who choose to do so -- which can be problematic!
